Roasted Brussels and Green Beans
extra virgin olive oil
Black Garlic Ghee
Place vegetables in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Place vegetables on a sheet pan cover in foil or on foil on the grill.
Roast or grill at 375F.
Stir frequently. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place vegetables in a bowl and toss with Black Garlic Ghee and serve.
Can also use Original Ghee in place of olive oil.
